Watch Sierra Roach compete

For Toledo fitness model competitor Sierra Roach, exercise and good nutrition habits have always been a part of her daily life – even when her well-meaning mother, Kim Roach, used to constantly sneak a couple of candy bars into her daughters lunch bag because she wanted to make sure Sierra had enough to eat.
 

Ms. Roach, who is Mexican-American, will be competing at the National Ohio Natural Bodybuilding and Figure Championship on Saturday, October 18, 2014 at the West Toledo YMCA, 2110 Tremainsville Road. She will compete in the larger National Physique Committee – NPC - on November 8 in Kentwood, Michigan where she will vie for national qualifier status – a pre-requisite to become a nationally recognized professional bodybuilder.
