Free Amphitheater Series

The 2014 season will begin Saturday, July 12th at the Amphitheater located behind the Toledo Police Department Sub-Station at 2205 Kenwood Blvd, Toledo.  Show times are 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Concerts are free and open to the public.

Celebrate at the Toledo Zoo: Daily through Mon. Sept. 1, 2014, Animal Demonstrations. See your favorite Zoo animals chow down, all summer long! Experience animal-feeding demonstrations and enrichment throughout the Zoo; visit toledozoo.org/feedings for a complete schedule. Free with regular Zoo admission.

Sun. July 20, Music Under the Stars, 6:30 p.m. Enjoy great music performed by the Toledo Symphony concert band at the Zoo’s Amphitheatre, with supporting sponsorship by Healthcare REIT and Yark Automotive Group. Free and open to the public.

Fri. July25 - Sat. 26 and Sat. July 26 - Sun. 27, Safari Overnights, 6:30 p.m. – 10 a.m.
Camp overnight in Zoo-provided safari tents right in the panoramic Africa! exhibit, enjoying animal encounters, an evening fire, African folklore and more. Separate fee.

Mon. July 28, ADA Day, 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. The Ability Center of Greater Toledo shares information about services available for people with disabilities. For details call 419.885.5733. Free with regular Zoo admission.

Sun., July 20, Summer Science Day, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Explore the fun of science at Nature’s Neighborhood, the award-winning children’s zoo. Free with regular Zoo admission.
