SNAP assistance available
Toledo Area Ministries SNAP case managers will be visiting several sites throughout Lucas and Wood Counties during May 2014 to assist low-income individuals and households in completing applications for the Ohio Direction Card. If you are having trouble feeding yourself or your family or have a question concerning SNAP, call 419-654-4744 to make an appointment at one of the listed sites.

Prescreening will be available. If these times do not fit your schedule, call and arrange an individual appointment. You should bring a picture ID. Walk-in clients will be welcome.
