NUESTRA GENTE Sponsors HIV Awareness Programming for Minority Health Month

WHAT:   Nuestra Gente HIV Awareness and Prevention
Campaña de Concientización y Prevención del VIH

April is Minority Health Month. Nuestra Gente Community Projects, Inc.,
organization, with funding from the Ohio Commission on Minority Health,
is premiering a new HIV awareness video featuring local professionals
and people from the Latino community. The program highlights the
long-term effects of HIV/AIDS and what can be done to help prevent
HIV/AIDS. Experts will be on hand to provide information on HIV/AIDS
care and provide a free HIV test.

WHEN: Wednesday, April 9, 2014, 12 p.m. – 3 p.m.

WHERE: South Branch Library, 1736 Broadway St., Toledo.
