Scientific Sweetness In Celebration Of Valentine's Day
Imagination Station explores the chemistry of candy as it celebrates Valentine’s Day with Scientific Sweetness from February 8 – 14, 2014. Taste for yourself just how sweet science can be with super-sweet activities.
Visitors to the science center can discover if they are a super taster, create giant peeps using a vacuum chamber, explore how acid creates tanginess and bitterness in candy and use candy to create crystalline molecular structures.
