TEEN DRAMA CLUB: Join Lorain Public Library System Main Library’s Teen Drama Club. The group will start working on a new presentation on Wednesday, Jan. 8 at 4 p.m. Sixth through 12th-graders are welcome to join. BOOK SALE: Mark your calendars for a book sale at Lorain Public Library System’s Main Library. The sale is open to the public starting Friday, Jan. 10 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The sale continues Saturday, Jan. 11 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Sunday, Jan. 12 from 1 to 4 p.m.; and concludes Monday, Jan. 13, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday is Penny Day when all remaining items will sell for 1 cent each. The book sale is sponsored by the Friends of the Lorain Public Library, Inc. Friends may attend a preview sale on Thursday, Jan. 9 from 5 to 8 p.m. New members may join, or former members may renew their annual memberships that evening.
