Jon Hendricks and the UT Jazz ensembles perform at the annual UT Jazz Holiday Concert, Dec. 5

The University of Toledo Department of Music Jazz Studies Program presents its annual UT Jazz Holiday Concert, Thursday, December 5, 2013, at 7 p.m. in Doermann Theatre on UT’s main campus. 

Special guest jazz vocalist Jon Hendricks will perform at the concert, which also features the UT Jazz faculty group, CrossCurrents, The UT Jazz Ensemble, Vocalstra, GuitArkestra, and the Latin Jazz Ensemble. The concert program will include favorite holiday classics from Stan Kenton, Glenn Miller, Benny Goodman, and Johnny Warrington. 

Patrons are invited to come a little early to have their photos taken with Santa. These free portraits will be taken in Doermann Theatre from 4:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. The photos will be sent via email.

There will also be golf cart shuttle service from Parking Area #13 up to Doermann. Wheelchair Seating is available in Doermann.
