Join DYS with the Mud Hens, Aug. 17

Join  Diabetes Youth Services (DYS) for a night of family fun, food, fly balls and fireworks with the Toledo MudHens on Saturday, August 17, 2013.
 

The event hosted by DYS, Medtronic, and CCS Medical takes place in The Coop at Fifth Third Field and begin at 6:00 p.m. with a box lunch and end with Fireworks after the Game.  The Toledo MudHens will be hosting the Gwinnett Braves, affiliate team of the Atlanta Braves.  Tickets are $10.00 each and can be purchased online at http://dys4kids.org/events/mud-hens-game/ or call the DYS office at 419-887-8739.

Diabetes Youth Services is an independent non-profit organization providing educational and supportive services for young people with diabetes, their families, and schools in 34 counties in northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan.
