Sister Gretchen’s summer bake sale to benefit Haiti

The Sisters of St. Francis of Sylvania, Ohio will conduct a special summer bake sale to support malnourished women and children in Haiti.  Come support a wonderful ministry and meet Sisters Fidelis and Josephine and hear the challenges they face fighting dehydration and diarrhea, the number one cause of death of Haitian children under the age of five.
 

The bake sale, which includes homemade pies, cakes, bread, cookies, jams, jellies and candy, will be held from 9:30am to 5:30pm on Friday July 12, 2013.  This special event will take place in the Regina Hall Conference Room, 6832 Convent Blvd., Sylvania.  Regina Hall is located in the northeast corner of the campus next to Queen of Peace Chapel. 

Both the bake goods and artwork reflect the gifts and talents of the Sisters, Associates and friends who made them.  All proceeds from the two-day sale will go to support the ministries in Haiti.
