Library classes offered on using downloadable media
The Toledo-Lucas County Public Library is offering a variety of classes that are FREE and open to the public at Main Library, 325 Michigan St., for those interested in learning more about using downloadable media with mobile apps. Registration is required for these classes which kick off in December of this year, and run through the end of January 2013:
Downloadables for the Kindle: Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2012, 6:30 – 8 p.m.

Are you the proud owner of a Kindle eReader? Are you curious about how to use the free Library eBooks? Featuring a demonstration on a Kindle eReader, this class will guide you through finding Kindle eBooks, checking out, and downloading to your device. Although not required, it is recommended that you bring your Kindle and a laptop to follow along! Registration is required.

Featuring a demonstration with a Nook, this class will guide you through finding downloadable titles, checking out, and downloading to your device. Although not required, it is recommended that you bring your Nook and a laptop to follow along! Registration is required.
