Unmask your wild side at Toledo Zoo’s MaskZOOrade

Tickets are still available for MaskZOOrade, the area’s wildest adult dance and costume party, at the Toledo Zoo. The Zoo will thrill you from 7 p.m. until the witching hour of midnight onSaturday, October 27, 2012.


Dare to enter the Zoo after hours, where the spacious Nairobi Pavilion features dance music from Sounds of Music, astrology readings from Janet Amid and a rowdy costume contest with prizes, plus more Halloween hijinks that will remain a spooky surprise.

Keep your energy (and spirits) high by munching on tasty appetizers and desserts from the Zoo’s chef-crafted buffet. A cash bar will be available.

In October, the Toledo Zoo is open daily from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Zoo is located on the Anthony Wayne Trail (US 25), four miles south of downtown Toledo. For more information, please visittoledozoo.org or call 419.385.4040. Lucas County residents are admitted free of charge each Monday from 10 a.m. to noon. ID showing proof of residency is required.

Tickets must be purchased in advance by visitingtoledozoo.org/maskzoorade or by calling 419.385.5721, ext. 2091. You must be 21 or over to attend; your ID will be checked at the door. Tickets are $30 for Zoo members and $35 for non-members.
