The summer’s wildest dance party for the 21-and-up crowd is at our Africa! Overlook; enjoy live bands and a DJ, plus a cash bar and grill food stations. Advance tickets required; separate fee.
Sat. Aug. 11 Aquarium Bon Voyage 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. The Zoo’s Aquarium will close in October for renovations. Join us for a fun farewell and an exciting preview of what to expect when it reopens in 2015. Free with regular Zoo admission.

Wed. Aug. 15 Watch It Grow Garden Tour 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. Learn Zoo horticulturists’ secrets to creating stunning container gardens. Free with regular Zoo admission, no reservations needed. Meet at the Conservatory and wear comfortable walking shoes.
Wed. Aug 15 Moonlight Meanderings 7 – 9 p.m. Families (children 5 & up) meander in the quiet moonlight beauty of an after-hours Zoo, accompanied by an Education tour guide. Separate fee.
