Destination Toledo, Inc. kicks off Summer Photo Contest
Got an eye for a great photo opportunity? Then enter Destination Toledo Convention & Visitors Bureau’s Summer Photo Contest beginning July 14 through September 15, 2012. The contest is open to the public for those who take pictures as a hobby, as well as skilled photographers.
Destination Toledo is looking for eye-catching, action shots of people enjoying Toledo Region attractions, water recreation, summer festivals & concerts, dining & shopping, sporting & recreation and birding & nature.
Richard Nachazel, President of Destination Toledo, Inc., said the contest is equally beneficial to Destination Toledo and contestants alike.
Nachazel says the contest will happen quarterly. “Our summer contest winner will receive a $100 gift card to the Mud Hen’s Swamp Shop. We plan on doing this seasonally with a variety of prizes offerings,” he says.
