Hispanic/Latino Commission of Michigan to meet March 2

Lansing: The Hispanic/Latino Commission of Michigan (formerly the Michigan Commission on Spanish Speaking Affairs/COSSA) will meet in a public session on March 2, 2012, for a Commission Meeting.

The meeting will be held at La Sed Youth Center, 7150 W. Vernor Highway in Detroit, from 10 am to 12 noon.

The meeting site and parking is accessible. Individuals attending the meeting should refrain from using heavily-scented personal care products to enhance accessibility for everyone.

People with disabilities requiring additional services (such as materials in alternative format) to participate in the meeting should call Vicky Garcia at 517/373-8339 at least two business days prior to the meeting. Please also use this number for questions or to request driving directions.

There will be an opportunity for public comment at the beginning of the meeting.
