El Sr. T.C. Franklin, director de la escuela, y la Sra. Lois Fuller, coordinadora de Title I examen y apoyo académico, expresaron estar complacidos con la presencia de las Señoras en su establecimiento. “Esta es una de las tantas cosas que estaba en nuestra visión para la escuela desde los comienzos”, dijo Fuller.
Así también, El Centro de la Mujer, un proyecto apoyado por Toledo Area Ministerios (TAM) se complace con darle la oportunidad a sus participantes de crecer y educarse. Cabe destacar que la organización Second Chance, facilita la transportación para el programa.

A collaboration between El Centro de la Mujer and Hollingworth School for the Talented & Gifted
The computer classes for the El Centro de la Mujer’s participants started Sept. 19, 2011, thanks to the collaboration with L. Hollingworth School for the Talented & Gifted. The school offered its computer lab to this group of Latinas, who wish to improve their knowledge of computers.
These classes were established because the participants requested them. T.C. Franklin, head of the school, and Luis Fuller, Title I, Testing & Academic Support Coordinator, were very pleased with the women’s attendance. “This was always one of the things we envision for the school,” remarked Fuller.
According to director Claudia Annoni, El Centro de la Mujer, a project supported by Toledo Area Ministries (TAM), is “excited to give the opportunity to its participants to develop new skills and to educate themselves.” The organization Second Chance is facilitating the use of their transportation for this program.
