The Fran and Dick Anderson Community Support Fund, Toledo, was established in late 2009 for the sole purpose of supporting the operations of charitable organizations that may be suffering from the recent economic downturn or other special circumstances. This is the third round of proposals reviewed this year, and the Fund has now disbursed a total of $527,000.
