To the Editor of La Prensa,

My husband Margarito Alonso just became a U.S. citizen on Nov. 19, 2009, at Owens Community College.  This is a very special occasion; finally, after 7 years after we started this process, it’s over with, and with a happy ending!  A new chapter begins in our family. Margarito is a U.S. Citizen! He has earned this right! We are very proud of this accomplishment!  I just wanted to share this great news.
