SAO is seeking food donations in annual holiday drive

The Spanish American Organization (SAO) hosts its annual food drive to assist needy families; SAO will be providing food, clothes, and toys for six area families.  

Donations are welcome, but must be non-perishable. SAO will be buying clothes and toys for the children.

According to SAO’s Carmen Barbosa, “SAO will meet at 6:00 P. M. on Dec. 9, 2009, at 902 Broadway, Toledo. The public is invited--bring a dish to share and lots of  food to donate. Time will be spent on socializing and wrapping presents.”
