Bowling Green, Oct. 9, 2009: Due to an incredible turnout for a large seasonal flu clinic on October 8^th,  the Wood County Health Department is temporarily out of seasonal flu vaccine for people 3 and older. Therefore, all remaining seasonal flu clinics have been canceled.

On October 8^th, the health department held a 10-hour long seasonal flu clinic at the Wood County Fairgrounds. During the event over 1,300 doses of the vaccine were given.

The health department currently has some vaccine available for infants 6 to 35 months. More vaccine is expected but may not arrive until December. More information will be provided once additional vaccine arrives.
