Neighborhood Housing Services of Toledo, Inc is looking to Team up with Area Electricians and Roofers to provide needed up grades to Toledo Homes.

Toledo, Ohio 43605 , August 11, 2009: NHS weatherizes homes for low-income residents in Lucas County and in order to do this, from time to time some of the homes may need some upgrades .

The electrical, upgrades may range from items as simple as putting a cover on outlet boxes to full up grades from the main box out.

Roofing jobs will range from adding flashing and adding gutters and down spouts to full tear off and roof replacement. We anticipate that there will be NO structural work.

In order to be considered for these projects NHS needs the following please submit. (1.) A proposal describing your qualifications and how the tasks described above would be carried out. (2.) An itemized list of fees. (3.) Contact Person (4.) Phone numbers (Office, cell, fax, Email). (5.) We need copies of: Tax ID, Worker Comp. Certificate, and Insurance, and any appropriate licenses (6.)
