10th Annual Michigan ElvisFest returns to Ypsilanti

Ypsilanti, June 18, 2009: The Michigan ElvisFest, a non-profit organization and festival officially sanctioned by Elvis Presley Enterprises,Inc., has announced the return of the annual ElvisFest, scheduled for July 10-11, 2009 (Noon to Midnight on July 11), at Riverside Park (Historic Depot Town) in Ypsilanti for what has become one of the largest Elvis festivals in all of North America

ElvisFest will feature a concert like atmosphere with live music and spectacular performances by award winning professional Elvis Tribute Artist’s from all over North America. Also appearing as part of the 2009 festivities are tribute acts to other notable artists such as Tom Jones, Roy Orbison, Ricky Nelson, and Sir Elton John.

A children’s play area will feature face painting, clowns, magic tricks, stilt walkers, kid’s costume contest & kid karaoke, animal exhibits & crafts. The whole family is sure to enjoy great food, games Elvis merchandise sales and a Beer Tent for the adults.

Tickets to the 10th Annual Michigan ElvisFest – 2009 will be available at the gate for $15 and $20, cash only. Discounted tickets are also available in advance online at www.mielvisfest.org for $10 and $15
