Get Your Dance On @ Your Library!

Do you have two left feet? Haven’t learned any new moves since the 1970s? Dance beyond the Elaine? Then join the Toledo-Lucas County Public Library from noon to 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 27, 2009, at the West Toledo Branch Library, 1320 Sylvania Ave., for Ballroom Basics.

You read it correctly, we’ll be dance, dance, dancing at the Library! Take beginning ballroom dance lessons for free with an instructor from The Ballroom Company. The Maumee, OH-based The Ballroom Company, located on South Detroit Avenue, opened its doors in 1993 and offers dance instruction to a wide variety of clients from wedding couples to businessmen.

Registration is required for this activity and begins on June 13. This free Ballroom Basics class is limited to 30 participants.
