LaRon brings his unique multi-media storytelling experience, including songs, stories, games and traditional instruments like African drums. Kids love participating in LaRon’s interactive stories as he uses his voice, facial expressions and movements to create “special effects” like thunder or falling water.
LaRon Williams is a nationally acclaimed, award-winning storyteller who has toured extensively presenting programs and workshops. His highly participatory, music filled performances – which have been labeled experiences of “goosebumpy delight” – present a dynamic blend of original and traditional tales crafted to help improve literacy, promote peaceful conflict resolution, foster cooperation, encourage community, and build self esteem.
Tickets for the Children’s Theatre Network Shows can be ordered at the Performance Network Box Office at 734-663-0681, online at www.performancenetwork.org or by coming to Performance Network Theatre (120 East Huron St., Ann Arbor) Monday-Saturday 11am-6pm or one hour before a performance. Tickets are $7 for children and $10.
