UT Art students ‘Hit the Books’ in a new way

“Loosely Bound,” an exhibition of altered and constructed books by more than 15 advanced students in The University of Toledo’s Department of Art, will be on preview display, Saturday, March 28, 2009, on the 6th Floor of the Secor Building, 425 Jefferson Street, in downtown Toledo.
 

On Saturday night, the exhibition, “Loosely Bound,” is open only to ticket holding attendees of the Arts Commission of Greater Toledo’s “Mix UP!” held from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m.  A separate closing reception/celebration for “Loosely Bound,” takes place with light refreshments, on Sunday March 29th from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday’s event is free and open to the general public, no tickets necessary.
