Comedy Central comedian Josh Sneed brings laughter to Lourdes College
Former “suit-and-tie” guy turned comedian Josh Sneed performs at Lourdes College on Friday, January 23, 2009. Josh, who has opened for renowned comedians Lewis Black, Dave Chappelle, Dane Cook, Bill Engvall, and Larry the Cable Guy, will have audiences laughing the night away beginning at 8:30 p.m. in the Ebeid Student Center in McAlear Hall.
Having previously worked for Proctor & Gamble, Josh hung up his tie several years ago to become an entertainer and has quickly become one of today’s top comics.

In 2007, Comedy Central featured him in “Comedy Central Presents: Josh Sneed.” As part of the Comedy Central special, Josh released an audio album titled Unacceptable, which was named among the top 10 comedic albums of 2008 by iTunes.
Josh has performed hundreds of shows throughout the U.S. and Canada including appearances at the prestigious Just For Laugh's Montreal Comedy Festival and on the Bob and Tom Show. Additionally, Josh placed 2nd in Comedy Central's Annual Stand-up Showdown and placed 6th in the Sierra Mist/MySpace Stand-up or Sit Down Challenge.
