García-Feehan joins 2008 Fellow Class
COLUMBUS: Toledo attorney Catherine Garcia-Feehan has joined the Ohio State Bar Foundation’s 2008 Fellows Class. Ms. Garcia-Feehan works in the U.S. District Court Northern District of Ohio.
The professional honorary of Ohio lawyers, these volunteers will work together over the next year to produce a community service project to advance the Foundation’s mission. Comprised of judges, law professors, magistrates, government attorneys and law firm practitioners, 41 members were invited to join the 2008 Fellows Class.

Past Fellows Class projects have included: Keys to the Courtroom, resources for pro se litigants in civil cases, With liberty and justice for all…Somali’s in Ohio, an interactive CD intended to address fundamental issues often hindered by language and cultural differences; Did not! Did too!, an award-winning storybook about the justice system; and Light the Way: Don’t Leave Your Loved Ones in the Dark, resources to encourage family discussions about advance health care planning.
As a public charity, the Foundation has awarded over $4 million in grants to nonprofit organizations, government agencies and bar associations for projects that advance its mission since 1992.
