COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP)  The state launched a new online tool, advertising campaign and hot line Thursday to help victims of the state's foreclosure crisis.

A newly launched web site  www.savethedream.ohio.gov  will be accompanied by radio and television ads directing consumers to resources available online and by telephone.

The effort stems from recommendations made by Gov. Ted Strickland's Foreclosure Prevention Task Force. The web site includes Q&As for homeowners, information on the latest scams, informational videos and links to other resources.

Ohio has one of the highest foreclosure rates in the nation.
