New Hours for Toledo Heights Branch Library

The Toledo-Lucas County Public Library announces a change in hours of operation at its Toledo Heights Branch Library, 423 Shasta Drive.  The new hours go into effect on Monday, August 6, 2007 and reflect extended hours of operation for patrons.

The new hours of operation are as follows:  Monday and Tuesday – 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

And Wednesday through Saturday – 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Prior to Toledo Heights’ new hours, the branch did not open until noon Monday through Wednesday.  Morning hours will help branch officials serve the community, said Mary Chwialkowski, Toledo Heights Branch manager.

“Morning hours will enable our patrons to have more access to the Internet and our area schools will be able to have more opportunities for class visits, she said.

Toledo Heights’ new hours coincide with the same hours of operation as the new Locke Branch Library, 703 Miami St., which opened August 6. For more details, please call 419.259.5207.
