2007 Tejano Music Award Winners

Held at the Scottish Rite Temple, San Antonio TX, March 10, 2007


Veterans dominated the categories this 27th year of the awards; numerous bands performed including Grupo Aldaco de Lansing, Michigan. Megan Leyva of Michigan was nominated in 4 categories but failed to win. The winners were:

Male Vocalist: Jay Pérez

Female Vocalist: Elida Reyna 

Vocal Duo: Jimmy González and Freddie Martínez, Jimmy González y Mazz

Song of the Year: Paloma, Piquito De Oro, Chente Barrera y Taconazo
