Paczki Days comes to Lagrange
 

Lagrange Village Council kicks off its 17th annual Paczki Days on Sunday, February 18, in the historic Polish International Village, Toledo. It will run through “Fat” Tuesday, February 20, and will be held at the Step Inn Coffee House, 3101 Lagrange, on the northwest corner of Central: Sunday, February 18, 2007, from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm; Monday, February 19, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm; and Tuesday, February 20, from 5:00 am to 4:00 pm (or until sold out).

Delicious Polish pastries are available in several varieties: apricot, custard, lemon, prune, raisin, raspberry, granulated sugar, and new this year, blueberry and apple. A half-dozen paczki sell for $6. Polish coffee cakes are also for sale for $10 each. Deliveries to area businesses are available on Monday, February 18, only. All proceeds from paczki sales benefit the many neighborhood improvement programs sponsored by the Lagrange Village Council.
