It has been said that Diane N. De Hoyos is gifted with the creativity to dream and the will to realize her dreams.  A visionary who won’t compromise quality for expediency, she strives for the best and always makes a difference.

In 1996, she founded the SHPE sponsored Women in Action conference to celebrate the accomplishments of Hispanic professional women everywhere.  The award winning conference offered college Latinas a change to meet and interact with professional women who can offer valuable career advice.
