Homework Assistance at library

The Toledo-Lucas County Public Library offers free homework assistance twice a week (except on Friday) to early elementary school-age children through sixth grade. Helpers assist young people during after-school hours.  The library does not provide Homework Help when school is not in session.

Below is the Homework Help Schedule for 2006-2007:

  • Birmingham Branch Library, 203 Paine Avenue – Mon & Wed (3:30-5:30 p.m.)
  • Kent Branch Library, 3101 Collingwood Avenue – Wed & Thurs (3:30-5:30 p.m.)
  • Lagrange Branch Library, 3422 Lagrange Street – Mon & Tues (3:30-5:30 p.m.)
  • Locke Branch Library, 806 Main Street – Mon & Wed (4-6 p.m.)
  • Mott Branch Library, 1085 Dorr Street – Mon & Wed (4-5:30 p.m.)
  • South Branch Library, 1736 Broadway – Tues & Thurs (4-5:30 p.m.)
  • Toledo Heights Branch Library, 423 Shasta Drive – Mon & Tues (4-6 p.m.)
  • Children’s Library at Main Library, 325 Michigan Street – Mon & Wed (4-6 p.m.)
