Rivera-Nye now Director of Communications

In the August 23 issue of La Prensa, Kelly Y. Rivera-Nye, who has been the Interim Director of Communications for the Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority for the past three months and its Special Projects Manager / FTZ Administrator, was featured. Since then, she has been hired as its Director of Communications, as announced last Friday by James H. Hartung, its President and CEO.  She replaces Brian Schwartz, who now directs communications for the City of Toledo.
