Last Friday was a unique and momentous occasion at the Mexican Consulate in Detroit, where Consul Antonio Meza-Estrada hosted fellow consuls from four other offices.
Received by Consul Meza were: Carlos Sada-Solana (Consul General of the Chicago office), Sergio Aguilera-Beteta (Indianapolis), José Luis Cuevas-Hilditch (Omaha) and Nathan Wolf (St. Paul).
According to Consul Meza, “This was a first in Detroit, having five Consuls together to discuss a variety of topics that concern our Mexican citizens in the United States, including health issues. Such issues are extremely important and that is why we are celebrating ‘Semana de Salud.’
