Numerous Career Day workshops were conducted with participation by: José Limon (General Motors Portfolio Development Center), Michael A. Lair (Lair Learning Alliance), Martha Delgado (Professor of Social Work, University of Toledo), Rico Neller (La Prensa), Anna Ponce (Coordinator of Marketing, Buckeye CableSystem), Roman Arce, J.D. The several hundred high school students in attendance were allowed to select three seminars to participate in; the seminars were followed by lunch.

“Next year,” said Luna, “we hope to expand and have 100 per cent participation. We appreciate our volunteers and student involvement.”
