Dec. 21 deadline for Vicente Fox Beca applications at Oakland University, which has been supportive of cultural diversity

The Mexican Consulate for Michigan and Northern Ohio is based in Detroit, Michigan. It invites all high school and college students of Mexican citizenship to send the Consulate information regarding possible scholastic support with the Vicente Fox Scholarship, offered by Oakland University, Rochester MI.

According to Consul Antonio Meza Estrada, the scholarship was established during the 2004 visit to Michigan by Vicente Fox-Quesada, President of México.
