Stationís replacement levy campaign has officially started
in Lucas County. Science center Team members and volunteers have
started placing more than five thousand signs at homes and
businesses across Lucas County to get the word out to voters
about Issue 2, why itís important and what it will provide for
the community. Imagination Station Executive Director Lori
Hauser will be available for interviews about the levy on
Saturday, October 2 from 11:30am-1pm while she places signs in

is a 0.1975 mill replacement levy. If approved, it will cost the
owner of a $100,000 home $6.91 a year and will support temporary
exhibitions, educational outreach, science center maintenance
and new and exciting programs.
request is the smallest on the November ballot and would
generate about $1.5 million a year, or 27% of the budget.
