CINCINNATI — The League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) – Cincinnati Council held its 15th annual Scholarship Recipients Celebration on October 1st from 6:00 – 7:00 P.M. This was a virtual event, due to COVID-19. The theme of this year’s event was “Celebrating the Future Leaders of America.”
