already accomplished so much. In high school, she was the
secretary in the National Honors Society (NHS) and attained a
4.47 GPA. Currently, she plays on the Terra State Volleyball
team while achieving academic excellence.

Coach, said, “Gail is the type of student-athlete who goes above
and beyond on a daily basis. She will go out of her way to say
hi to faculty or stop by their office to see if they need
anything. She also loves to help her peers out by offering free
tutoring services to her teammates and classmates.”
Hard work and
teamwork are two values Abigail demonstrates on a daily basis.
“She does well with time management, making sure her studies are
a priority and she stays ahead in all her classes,” Champine
said. “During her off time she can be found studying in the
library or tutoring a fellow classmate in a certain subject.”
spring, Abigail hopes to join her volleyball team to be a
reading mentor for elementary school kids. “I would love to be a
reading buddy for those kids,” she said.
