Hispanic Heritage
Month Celebration Event at LCCC:
Lorain County Community College’s Student Life will host a
Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
on October 15, 2019 in the LCCC College Center Commons.
Come celebrate and pay tribute to the generations of Hispanic
Americans who have influenced and enriched our nation and
community. The event will include food, live entertainment and
presentation on the history of the salsa dance by Eileen
Torres.
Lorain County Community College is located at 1005 N. Abbe Road,
Elyria.

LCCC’s University Partnership Ridge Campus to Host Family Fall
Fest and Open House: LCCC’s
University Partnership Ridge Campus will host a Family Fall
Fest and Open House from 4-7 p.m., on Wednesday, October 23,
2019. It is free and open to the community. The open house
will give future students and community members a look at all
that is available at LCCC’s Ridge Campus location in North
Ridgeville. Kids can come dressed in their costumes and
participate in indoor trick-or-treat, pumpkin decorating and
games. Also, free health screenings, a visit from a local fire
truck, food and more. Registration is encouraged but not
