Library’s 2008
Garage Rock IV line-up
It’s time to rock out in downtown Toledo with some of the best
local bands, DJs and performers as the Toledo-Lucas County
Public Library announces its line-up for the 2008 Garage Rock
IV.
The free four-week music series is scheduled from 6:30 p.m. to 9
p.m. on Tuesdays, June 17 & 24, and July 1 & 8. A variety
of bands, singer/songwriters, and popular DJs, are scheduled to
perform at the underground parking lot at the Main Library, 325
Michigan Street, Toledo:
June 17, 2008: Kyle White (singer/songwriter), The Light Ahead
(pop/punk), and Intuity (all-female rock band);
June 24:
Ben Miller (acoustic/blues), Mahnenschmidt (alternative), and
Tracer (ambient/rock);
July 1:
HIP-HOP NITE with The Juice 107.3 FM, TODDX, Angel Tucker, DJ
Martini (of The Juice), and Keith Success & DJ Money Mike. Also
featuring Positive Force School of Dance;
July 8: Smile Sinister (alternative, of Bowling Green), and
Simon Carter (rock).
