Treatment & Recovery Services Director

The Mental Health, Addiction and Recovery Services Board of Lorain County is seeking to hire a full-time Treatment and Recovery Services Director to serve in the capacity as the Board’s Substance Use Disorder (SUD) subject matter expert as a member of the clinical team.  Coordinates program development, funding and evaluation of the Substance Use Disorder system serving adolescents and adults in Lorain County.  Provides leadership ensuring development and maintenance of a high-quality integrated system of substance use disorder care for adolescents and adults that encompasses the entire continuum of care from prevention to recovery.  Monitors the impact of services to adolescents and adults via audits, analysis of data and review of reports submitted by agencies.  Takes a leadership role in development, coordinating, monitoring and analyzing Board funded and collaborative services and development of a continuum of care.  Ensures adherence of policy, procedures, standards and budget by conducting audits of agency programs.

A Bachelor’s Degree is required (Master’s Degree preferred) in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing or a closely related field with 5 to 7 years progressively responsible direct service and SUD experience. The ideal candidate must have one of the following valid licenses:  LISW, LPCC, RN, Certified Chemical Dependency Counselor III, Certified Prevention Consultant or equivalent and a State Motor Vehicle Operator’s License or demonstrable ability to gain access to worksite.

The Lorain Metropolitan Housing Authority (LMHA) will be accepting pre-applications for the Public Housing Program waiting list for only the 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 bedrooms.  Pre-applications can be downloaded from www.lmha.org.  Paper forms are available at the entrance of LMHA’s Main Office, 1600 Kansas Avenue, Lorain, Ohio 44052.  Completed pre-applications must be sent via US mail to LMHA, P.O. Box 1010 Lorain, Ohio 44055.  Applications submitted by any other means will not be eligible.  Only one pre-application accepted per household.  Only one pre-application per envelope.

Upon receipt, LMHA will retain in order based on bedroom size and the date received.  On each Monday and Wednesday beginning July 13, 2020, LMHA will select a pre-determined number of applications per needed bedroom size in order of their receipt.  The number selected will be in accordance with LMHA’s operational needs.  LMHA will contact those selected only by the phone number or email provided on the pre-application to begin screening for eligibility.  Applicants who do not qualify for a 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 bedroom unit based on family composition will not be selected for pre-screening.

Las personas que deseen inscribirse por correo pueden llamar, escribir o enviar un mensaje de correo electrónico a la Junta Electoral y solicitar que les envíen formularios por correo. Estos formularios deben completarse y devolverse a la Junta Electoral antes de la fecha límite indicada arriba.

 

Las personas que deseen inscribirse en línea pueden hacerlo en www.443vote.us  y hacer clic en “Inscripción de Electores” y seguir las instrucciones. Esto debe hacerse antes de la fecha límite de inscripción indicada arriba.

 

Las personas que deseen actualizar su dirección residencial en-línea pueden hacerlo en el www.443vote.us, hacer un clic “español” y luego haga un clic en “Actualizar mi dirección”. Esto también debe realizarse antes de la fecha límite indicada arriba.

 

Si una persona ya está inscrita para votar en el Estado de Ohio y desea cambiar de nombre y/o de dirección al Condado de Cuyahoga, puede hacerlo en la Junta Electoral del Condado de Cuyahoga, hasta e incluso el Día de las Elecciones. El Día de las Elecciones, usted puede informar el cambio y votar con una papeleta provisional en la oficina de la Junta Electoral o en el lugar de votación del distrito electoral en el cual está ubicada su nueva dirección electoral.

 

Usted está calificado para inscribirse para votar en Ohio si cumple con todos los siguientes requisitos:

1.     Es ciudadano de los Estados Unidos.

2.     Tendrá al menos 18 años de edad antes del o el día de la elección general.

3.     Será residente de Ohio por al menos 30 días consecutivos antes de la elección en la cual usted desea votar.

4.     No está encarcelado (en prisión) por una sentencia de delito mayor según las leyes de este estado, otro estado o los Estados Unidos.

5.     Ningún tribunal de sucesiones le ha declarado incompetente para fines electorales.

6.     No ha sido privado de sus derechos permanentemente por violaciones a las leyes electorales.
